TOUR ITINERARY

Tuesday - *** / Cape Town
Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you will be transferred to the Portswood hotel. After check-in you may dedicate the rest of the day to visiting the V&A Waterfront, the area of Cape Town Harbour that has been turned into a very safe tourist attraction, and includes a very large shopping complex. Overnight.

Wednesday - Cape Town
After breakfast, tour of the Cape Peninsula. Your first stop will be at Hout Bay where, sea conditions permitting, you may decide to take part in an optional cruise to Seal Island. From there, on to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. The tour includes a cable-car ride to the antique Lighthouse at Cape Point, and a visit to the Penguin Colony at Boulders. Overnight.

Thursday - Cape Town
After breakfast, you have the day free to explore the historic city center of Cape Town. We suggest that you visit the Castle of Good Hope, Green Market Square, and the interesting South African Museum. Weather conditions permitting, you may also want to take the Cable Car to the top of Table Mountain, or perhaps visit Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was kept prisoner for many years. Overnight.

Friday - Cape Town
After breakfast, excusion to Hermanus, the global capital of whale-watching. Drive through the panoramic R44 on the way back. Overnight.

Saturday - Cape Town / Johannesburg
After breakfast, departure for the wine-route and Stellenbosch. Wine tasting and lunch in an historical wine estate. In the afternoon, transfer to the airport and departure for Johannesburg. Upon arrival, transfer to the Airport Grand Hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Sunday - Johannesburg / Phalaborwa
After breakfast, transfer to  Pilgrim's Rest, a national monument. After a tasty lunch including traditional pancakes, you will also visit Bourke's Luck Potholes and other points of interest along the spectacular Panorama Route. You will arrive in Phalaborwa in the late afternoon, a quaint little town bordering the Kruger National Park. Check-in at Sefapane Lodge. Dinner and overnight.

Monday - Phalaborwa
After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of the Central/Northern part of the Kruger National Park. Picnic lunch. Return to Sefapane Lodge in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight.

Tuesday - Phalaborwa
Breakfast. Today you have a free morning to relax or to participate in one of the many optional activities, such as golf or a Spa treatment. In the afternoon you will enjoy a beautiful cruise on the Olifants River, rich in wildlife including crocodiles and hippos. Dinner and overnight.

Wednesday - Phalaborwa
After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of the Central/Southern part of the Kruger National Park. Picnic lunch. Return to Sefapane Lodge in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight.

Thursday - Phalaborwa / Edeni Private Game Reserve
After breakfast, transfer to Edeni Private Game Reserve. After lunch, take part in an exciting safari in an open-top off-road vehicle. Dinner and overnight at Edeni Hoyo Hoyo Bush Lodge.

Friday - Edeni Private Game Reserve
In the early morning, participate in a photographic safari in an open-top off-road vehicle. After breakfast, you'll have some time to relax. After lunch, a second photographic safari is arranged. Dinner and overnight.

Saturday - Edeni Private Game Reserve / ***
In the early morning, participate in a photographic safari in an open-top off-road vehicle. After breakfast, transfer to Johannesburg airport in connection with your return flight.
